I accept payment through Spotify Payments, which enables buyers to pay using any major credit or debit card.
Items will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery estimates are as follows:
Express delivery (UK customers only): 1 business day.
UK: 2-4 business days.
Europe: 5-10 business days.
Everywhere Else: 5-15 business days.

Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail services. Items sent within the UK are shipped First Class. Items posted internationally are sent using the Airmail service. Tracking isn't a standard service here in the UK and is purchased at the senders discretion.
The customer is liable for any and all import duties, customs fees and related charges. *** As of 01/01/21, customers in the EU may be charged VAT and other fees for importing goods from the UK ***
Please double-check your address and order details when placing an order. I cannot be held responsible for parcels returned to me due to incorrect shipping addresses. Nor am I responsible for customer failure to reschedule delivery/collect their parcel from the sorting office. If items are returned for either of these reasons, the customer is liable to cover the cost of re-shipping the parcel. If you decide not to have your order re-shipped, I am only able to refund the cost of the items ordered and not the shipping costs. If a customer provides an incorrect address, I cannot refund the cost of the item or resend the item until I receive the original parcel.
Great care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, please dispatch your returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as they are received, along with the gift box in which they arrived. Earrings must be returned unworn. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as this proves that the jewellery has been returned to my address. If the item is unsuitable, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
A refund/exchange is available for any faulty items. Please inform me within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be issued once I receive the returned items along with the gift boxes in which the jewellery was received.
